Platform Nature & Scope

Tarali operates as a technology intermediary that facilitates connections between individuals navigating divorce proceedings and licensed, vetted professionals including attorneys, financial advisors, therapists, and mediators.

Your use of the platform, including submitting intake forms, engaging with AI-generated case summaries, or communicating with matched professionals, does not create any professional-client relationship with Tarali itself.

User Eligibility & Account

To use Tarali, you must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Tarali reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misrepresent professional credentials.

AI Tools & Case Briefs

Professional Verification Disclaimer

All professionals listed on Tarali have undergone credential verification including bar license validation, LinkedIn identity verification, and background screening. However, Tarali does not guarantee the ongoing professional standing, competence, or suitability of any listed professional for your specific matter.

AI-generated case briefs are provided as organisational summaries to assist matched professionals in understanding your situation. They are not legal assessments, diagnoses, or recommendations.

The AI matching score is an algorithmic estimate of compatibility based on available data. It is provided for informational purposes only and should not be the sole basis for selecting a professional.

Payment & Fees

Tarali charges a platform service fee for connecting users with professionals. All fees are disclosed prior to payment. Professional fees are set independently by each professional and are not controlled by Tarali.

Refund eligibility is subject to our Refund Policy. Tarali does not provide refunds for professional services rendered. Disputes regarding professional conduct should be directed to the relevant state bar or professional licensing body.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tarali and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Tarali's total cumulative liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of the total fees paid by you to Tarali in the 12 months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars ($100.00).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
